Auxiliary Services Board

The purpose of the Auxiliary Services Board is to oversee and disseminate Auxiliary Services funds.  The committee is formed per El Camino College Board Policy 3600.  Click here to view the Auxiliary Services Board bylaws.

2014-2015 Auxiliary Services Board Meeting Schedule

Meetings are open to the public.  Meeting agendas and minutes are posted on MyECC.  Meetings of the Auxiliary Services Board are held at 1:00 pm in the Stadium Room (above the ECC Bookstore):

  • January 12 and 26
  • February 9 and 23
  • March 9 and 23
  • April 13 and 27
  • May 11 (no meeting on 5/25/15 due to Memorial Day holiday)
  • June 8 and 22

If additional meetings are deemed necessary by the board, the meeting will be held on the 4th Wednesday of a given month at the same time and place as noted above.
